Mr. Simms is one of the greatest men I have ever known. His influence, instruction, advice and encouragement changed the direction and destiny of my life. I worked for him in Illinois cleaning horse stalls and on small construction projects. He gave me a vision that led me to go to College and get a Computer Science degree After years of getting to know Mr. Simms, I expect there are many others with similar testimonies where his influence into their lives helped them to achieve a higher standard of success and lachieve a higher standard of success. I will always respect admire and love Mr. Sa I will always respect admire and love Mr. Simms

Dear Daisy, Sonny, Pat & families, We were so saddened upon reading of Rodney's passing. I remember well the last time I saw him which was at Webster County HS when he made an outstanding presentation to our faculty on mapping strategies for effective teaching. He was a remarkable person who succeeded at every task he undertook. A fine person and a great Webster Countian. Sincere condolences to all, Jim & Pat Marsh
