Paul F. Lipscomb, Sr. 74, of Elmwood, NJ, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2019. Paul was born to Fred and Madrell (Mathes) Lipscomb on November 30, 1944 in Curtain, WV. Paul was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt and fish and belonged to the Horns and Feathers Hunting Club. He loved sports. Paul was a passionate WV Mountaineer football and basketball fan.

Paul is survived by his caring children, Shelly Arico and her husband Peter, Paul Franklin Lipscomb, Jr. and Rebecca Woods and her husband Jerry. He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren, Ashley Owens, Paul Franklin Lipscomb III, Austin Woods, Peter Joseph Arico, Jr, Danielle Arico and Jakob Woods; by his great grandchildren, Noah Owens, Autumn Owens, Paul Franklin Lipscomb IV, and Payton Lipscomb and by his devoted dog, Roxie.

Paul was preceded in death, October 2016, by his beloved wife Mary Alexander Lipscomb. He was also preceded in death by his four siblings.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2019 from 4:00 to 8:00pm at David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, 20 North Street, Washingtonville, NY, 10092.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the Oddfellows Cemetery, Cowen, WV.
