Burial Date November 8, 2017
Service will be 1;00pm. Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen with Rev. James “Oz” Gray, Pastor Larry Cochran, Pastor Craig Williams and Pastor Joan Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at the Armentrout Family Cemetery, Dennison Run.
Friends may call from 6:00 to 9:00pm. Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Glade Elementary School, Cowen. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.morrisfuneralhomecowenwv.com.

one of my favorite cooks fed me for many years when i was in school was a great friend to many around the county , touched many lives through the years will be greatly missed by all friends who knew her and be waiting in the great kitchen in the kingdom of heaven

My mom taught Martha in school atUpper Glade so I remember seeing class pictures of her. When I was in grade school at Cowen she rode my bus that Roger Selman drove. Well anyway I remember seeing her and Larry kissing everyday before she got on the bus. I remember thinking just how beautiful she was. I have had the pleasure of working in the school system with her and seeing the care she gave to her work. I am thankful I got to know her and always appreciated every time she would ask about my mom. That is who Martha was ,a caring person who was so thoughtful of others. Family, I am so very sorry for your loss. She was special to everyone and I know God welcomed her with open arms.

So sorry for your loss.. Martha, was a Beautiful woman,, she now is more Beautiful with the wings she has won.. No more pain , she is now a Happy Angel ,, that will be missed by all who knew her . So sorry we had to lose our friend and sister , ive know martha all my life we grew up together and we were like sisters, i can't believe shes gone so young. she will be missed by so many that loved her and that her life touched so many. God be with Larry David and Jennifer and her grandson now , give them peace and comfort in this time, we know she in heaven with the lord now and her mom , dad and the rest of er family that went on before her. Rest in peace my friend, your no longer in pain but have a whole body again and smiling down on us all. love and prayers, bye for now, see you again someday.
