Burial Date October 31, 2017
Service will be 1:00pm, Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at the Faith Methodist Church, Richwood with Dr. Jay Cook officiating. Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Monday, October 30, 2017 at the church. In keeping with Don’s wishes, cremation will follow with inurnment at Highlawn Memorial Park, at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.morrisfuneralhomecowenwv.com. Services entrusted to the care of Morris Funeral Home, Cowen.

Dear Mrs, Combs: I'm a retired Mortician from Romney, Hampshire County. I first got to know Don, when You And Don were in Gauley Bridge, before you sold to Paul And Ramona Pennington. I'm a former President of The West Virginia Funeral Directors Association 1990 - 1992. I was very impressed with Don from the first time I met him. He was a gentlemen, Professional Mortician and I'm positive an excellent Husband. I always looked up to Don and always tried to be an example of Don. Don was a Mortician, whom any Mortician ever met him, wanted to be like him. The Funeral Profession has had a great loss in West Virginia. There will never be another Don Combs. With these comments, I want to extend My Deepest Sympathy And Sincere Prayers. I' m sure you're really going to miss him, but pray often and God will take good care of you. God Bless, Larry S. Miller
