Services will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen with Pastor Marty Cowger officiating. Burial will follow at the Mills Mountain Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00pm Friday at the funeral home.

Sheila Hollandsworth, 47, of Birch River, passed away tragically Thursday, June 24, 2021 from injuries received in an auto accident. She was born September 24, 1973 in Webster Springs, a daughter of William “Bill” and Frances Thomas Holcomb.

Sheila was a 1991 graduate of Webster County High School. She was the Financial Secretary for Webster County High School and a former office manager for Camp Caesar. Sheila was a Christian by Faith and enjoyed making goat milk soap, making wreaths, raising and taking care of her farm animals. She loved traveling to the Amish Country, camping and spending time in her hot tub. Sheila loved her family and wanted to be the perfect grandmother to help raise and spoil her grandchildren. She enjoyed living life to the fullest and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Surviving is her loving husband and soulmate of 26 years, Randall Hollandsworth, children, Tiffany (Chad) Brinson of Birch River, Joshua (Mallory) Hollandsworth of Cowen and Nathan Hollandsworth of Birch River, sister, Theresa Wamsley of Glade View, brothers, William “Willy” (Missy) Holcomb of Mills Mountain, WV, Andrew “Andy” (Denise) Holcomb of Fairmont, grandsons, Landon Brinson and Easton Hollandsworth, and father and mother in law, Harold (Rose) Hollandsworth of Birch River and many other extended family and friends.
