Services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen with Pastor Tom Kessler officiating. Burial will follow in the Alex Williams Cemetery, Cranberry Ridge, WV.

I'm sorry very sorry for the loss of a precious young man,my cousin Randall, I used to babysit him and Crystal when I was younger, We'd pop popcorn and go put on Elvis Presley records on, we played them over and over again, we just about drove Randall batty, but we laughed and played games, such wonderful children to watch. Then after all the years that have passed, I finally got to see my Aunt Eva,Crystal, Randall,and Steven ,and I finally got to meet his Beautiful young adults, He was so proud to introduce them to me at his sons Graduation, I got Hugs from all of them, That's was the last time I got see Randall, All those years pass by and now your gone, but you never will be forgotten, I love you , REST IN PEACE.
