Leslie Carl Beckett, 56, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Summersville Regional Medical Center, after an extended illness. He was born September 30, 1964 in Burlington County, New Jersey, a son of the late Gene and Lenora Beckett.

He was a former Bus Driver for Snowshoe and the White Water rafting industry. He was a former Little League umpire for Craigsville Little League and District 8. He enjoyed cooking, grilling, video games, body work, painting, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his grandson.

Surviving is his wife of 25 years, Libby Beckett of Craigsville, daughter Becky Hurst of Craigsville, Sister Rachel and (Bucky) Lee of Cowen. Mother-in-law Agnes Riffle-Carpenter of Diana, Sister-in-law Beverly Barb of Diana, and the apple of his eye grandson Braiden Mullins of Craigsville, and many other extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, son Allen Hurst, nephew Kyle Lee and sister- in- law, Loretta Groves-Foster preceded him in death.
