My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Dotson family for their loss. Boyd Dotson was kind and giving to everyone and he always took the time to speak to me directly, give me good advice, and encourage me to be the best I could be in whatever I did. He was an inspiration to many kids growing up in Webster County and his legacy is one of kindness and thoughtfulness. God Bless.

Our prayers and thoughts go out to the family. Boyd was such a wonderful friend and neighbor to us when he and his family lived in Moorefield and of course the friendship continued when he moved back home to Cowen. He was a smart intelligent man and accomplished so many things in his life. Boyd helped Roger with some important Legislative issues for the WV Disabled Veterans and he will always be thankful they shared the concern and got them resolved. Boyd and Roger talked or texted daily until his recent illness. We loved Boyd and we will miss him deeply. God Bless The Dotson Family. Roger and Sheila
