Services will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, March 26, 2023, at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen, with Pastor Ben Stone and Rev. Rob Ely officiating. Burial will follow at the Buckle Cemetery, Craigsville. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:00 pm until the time of the service, Sunday at the Funeral Home.

Bonnis Marie Mullins 73, of Cowen, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2023 at Webster County Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness. She was born April 24th 1949, in Ritchie County, a daughter of the late Arden and Hilda Adkison Roberts.
Bonnis was a former cook, for over 20 years, in the Webster County school system. She also was a cook at West Virginia Baptist Camp and Camp Caesar for several years. She was a member of the UMWA Local 1466, Quilt Guild of Braxton County, and Webster County 4-H Club. She volunteered with the Cowen Little League, Cowen Raiders, and the Webster County Fair. Bonnis was always willing to do anything to help the kids in the community, especially making sure they always had food.
Left to cherish her memory, is her loving husband of 55 years, Estell Mullins, children, Steve Mullins, Shellie Mullins, and Brian (Terri) Mullins, grandchildren, Colin Mullins (Erika Cutlip), and Shyla Mullins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Roy Roberts, Nancy Cogar, and Roger Roberts, bother-in-law Bob Cogar and many other members of the Roberts and Mullins families.
