Service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, April 19, 2024, at Morris Funeral Home in Cowen with Brother Larry Armentrout officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:00 pm until the time of service on Friday at Morris Funeral Home. Burial will follow at WV Memorial Gardens, Calvin.

I was George’s dietitian at his dialysis center. I saw him 1-2x a month. He was always a highlight in my day and always made me smile/laugh. I am from MN and he told me he drove through there once and took a rock back from MN, so we always joked around about him giving it back. We also talked about sports a lot. He always had a smile on his face and had such a good attitude. He was truly a joy and a light and we will miss him so much! Praying for your family.
