Jeannie Marie Donaldson Bailes

Jeannie Marie Donaldson Bailes, 50, of Nettie passed away on May 30, 2025, at Summersville Regional Hospital after an extended illness. Jeannie was born on September 25, 1974, in Summersville, WV, the daughter of the late Phillip Donaldson and the late Kathryn Roberts.

She was a 1992 graduate of Webster County High School and was a United States postal carrier. Jeanie was a Christian by faith. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, and working with her flowers, gardening, and woodworking.

Jeanie was preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Michael Bailes; son, Wesley Bailes of Nettie; siblings, Wes Donaldson, and Michael Donaldson both of Ohio and Willie Green of Cowen, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Jeannie’s wishes for cremation have been honored. No services are currently scheduled.
