Carol Ann Rose, 85, of Erbacon, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at her daughter’s home in Craigsville, after an extended illness. She was born August 24, 1935 in Braxton County, a daughter of the late Charles and Lillian Harriet Perrine Rose. Carol was a graduate of Cowen High School and a homemaker. She was involved in the forming of the Erbacon Volunteer Fire Department. Carol attended the Erbacon Community Church and was a member of the Erbacon Community council. She enjoyed working with her flowers, raising a garden and canning. She kept the Perrine Family Homeplace spotless for out of town family members visiting. Carol was a people person she enjoyed spending time with her family and anyone who stopped by just to talk. She truly was a friend to everyone in the Erbacon community. Surviving is her daughter Carol “Susie” (Gary) Facemire of Craigsville, brothers, Gene Rose of Craigsville, Randall (Sharon) Rose of Kingwood and Eddie (Vallie) Rose of Nettie, grandchildren, Tracy Ann Rose of Elyria, Ohio, Jason Rose of Elyria, Ohio and Jack Richardson Of South Charleston, great-grandchildren, Hailey Ann Rose and Maddison Paige Richardson and many other extended family and friends. In addition to her parents, husband, Argel Rose Sr., son, Kenny Rose, daughter, Harriet Rose and brother Charles Rose preceded her in death.
