Debra Lynn Stalnaker

Debra Lynn Stalnaker, 66, of Cowen, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at her home.

She was born October 3, 1957, in Sutton WV, a daughter of the late Charles T. Stalnaker and Helen Ruth Silvey.

Debra was a graduate of Atwater High School in Atwater, California. She was a retired bookkeeper. Debra was an avid reader, enjoyed relaxing and watching TV.

Surviving is her brother, Kevin (Bridget) Stalnaker of Cowen and sister, Lisa Guttierez. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Debra’s wishes for cremation have been honored. At this time, no memorial service has been made.
