Wanda Lee Wright

Wanda Lee Wright, 89, of Cowen, WV passed away at home, Monday, September 10, 2018. She was born June 3, 1929, in Richwood, WV a daughter of the late Asa and Icie Mae Bender Wright.

Wanda was a former employee of Richwood Fabricators. She enjoyed cooking and canning. She loved her dog Ginger.

She is survived by her sons Ron (Diana) Wright of Beckley and Randy (Kelly)Wright of Mt Lookout, WV. Siblings: Louise Kelly of Ohio, James (Bud) Wright of Ohio and Betty McCoy of Ohio; Grandchildren: Teresa (Eddie) Green, Larry (Robin) Wright, Willie (Delores) Wright, Curtis (Shandee) Wright, Dr. Jessica (Dr. Jeremy) Wright-Sanders, Craig (Brandi) Wright, Kylie Wright, daughter in law Patty Wright and son in law Bill Raymond, Jason Raymond, 15 great grandchildren and  5 great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Wright, son Randall Wright Sr, daughter Sherry Raymond, grandson Kenny Wright, siblings: Jo Carpenter, Herbert (Bus) Wright and Albert (Bobby) Wright.

Services will be held Friday, September 14, 2018, at 2:00pm at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen with Pastor Craig Williams officiating. Burial will follow at John’s Cemetery on Givens Run.
