Virgil William "Bill" Radcliff

Virgil William “Bill” Radcliff, 79, of Erbacon, passed away Friday, September 12, 2025, at Webster County Memorial Hospital, Webster Springs, after a sudden illness. He was born on September 21, 1945, in Webster Springs, a son of the late Virgil and Myrtle Myers Radcliff.

Bill was a truck driver for over 30 years, mostly in the logging business. He was extremely active in his community and church. He was always working hard around his home, gardening, cutting wood, working on vehicles for himself and others. Bill was a Christian by faith and enjoyed going to church and revivals. Spending time with his family, especially his son, Daniel, meant the most to him.

Surviving is his son Daniel Radcliff of Erbacon, brother, Lawrence Radcliff of Erbacon, several nieces, nephews, and friends are saddened by his sudden passing.

In addition to his parents the love of his life wife, Wilda Radcliff, son, David Radcliff, brother, Freddie Radcliff and sister, Bonnie Salisbury preceded him in death.

Graveside Service will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday, September 16, 2025, will be held at the Hickory Flats Cemetery, Erbacon with Rev. Sherry Holcomb officiating.
