Rodney Paul Johnson

Rodney Paul Johnson, 56, of Beckley, passed away suddenly on November 17, 2023 at the Bar H Hospital in Beckley. He was born April 29, 1967 in Webster Springs, to the late Edgar (Bud) Johnson and Mable Johnson.

Rodney liked working on cars and in the woods.  He was very kind-hearted and would give you the shirt off his back.  His laugh was very contagious.  He will be missed by his family and friends.

Those left behind to cherish his memories are his sisters Mary (Danny) Tabor of Erbacon; and Carol Green and Charlene Johnson both of Craigsville, as well as lots of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Edgar Johnson, Jr. and his two sisters, Shirley Johnson and Janet Johnson.

Rodney’s wishes for cremation have been honored with no services at this time.

There will be a memorial service at a later date.
