In loving memory of Pauline “Polly” Loudermilk. Mom/Granny passed away September 21st, 2025, at the age of 92.
Polly loved life, she had many hobbies such as reading, sewing, bowling and quilting. Polly also loved to read James Patterson books. She had read most of his novels until dementia took that away from her. Polly loved sewing, she made many of our dresses when we were in school. In mom’s later years she started quilting and soon became a Perfectionist with her stiches. She made beautiful quilts for ALL that she loved. She knew that one day those quilts would comfort us when we needed her most.
Another one of mom’s favorite activities was bowling. She loved all her teams through the years and all the people she met along the way. Her yearly highlight was to go to the state bowling tournament. And yes, everyone knew this.
She was one of a kind and those that knew her knew this. There will be a forever void in our hearts without her. Thank goodness we have the quilts and ALL the special memories with her. Mom/Gran WE love you…..
Those left behind to cherish her memories are daughters and spouses: Vicki Groff, Debbie Lusk (Craig), Lori Groff (Larry); grandchildren and spouses: September Davis (Jason), Misty Eubank (David) Joshua Vance; great granddaughter’s: Konner and Kennedy Davis, Haylee Jo and Paytron Vance.
It is Mom/Gran’s request there be no services.
In her memory, live life to the fullest. Stay busy, have that margarita and enjoy each day.
