Paul Edward Heck

Paul Edward Heck, 70, of Cowen passed away Friday July 14, 2017 at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley. WV. He was born December 23, 1946, a son of the late John and Kate Claypool Heck.

Paul was employed for over 20 years at Camp Caesar, then worked for Leslie Lumber Company for over 20 years and was currently employed at Allegheny Wood Products, Cowen. He was a graduate of Cowen High School and enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and was a Baptist by Faith.

Paul is survived by companion Anna Heck, sons Paul Edward Heck of Parsons and Jonathon Lee Heck of Parkersburg. Siblings, Denzil (Virginia) Heck of Parsons, John Jr (Deloris) Heck of Cowen, Anna M. Miller of Webster Springs and Mary M. Vanscoy of Hurricane. Granddaughter Railey Grace Heck and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Monday, July 17, 2017 at 2:00pm at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen with Pastor Pat Greene officiating. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Cowen, WV.
