Patricia Lou Davis-Akroyd

Patricia Lou Davis-Akroyd, 81, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away Friday, July 20, 2018.

She was born March 19, 1937 in Elkins, she moved to Florida with her family at the age of 12. She spent most of her life in Polk County where she was a teacher for the Polk County School System. Patricia earned her master’s degree and was a member of Gamma Xi Beta Phi International. She was a resident of Brooksville for the past 6 years and attended Brooksville Church of Christ.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Guy & Ruth Davis of Alachua, Florida, daughter and son-in-law: Tina & Jack Parrish of Mulberry, Florida; step-daughters and son-in-law: Wendy & Cary Hunka and Dee Anna Akroyd, of Canada; aunt: Helen Harkness of Texas; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Graveside Service will be 10:00am. Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the Handschumacher Cemetery, Upper Glade.
