Mary Kathryn Handschumacher Barger Ayers
March 11, 1923 - November 11, 2024
Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen with Pastor Larry Lovely officiating. Burial will follow at the Handschumacher Cemetery in Upper Glade. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11:00 am until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Mary’s memory to the Upper Glade Presbyterian Church.

I loved Aunt Mary she was funny, kind, to me . I can remember her showing how her crank phone worked in her dinning room. Getting to play on great grandmothers pump organ . Visiting the great grandparents in the front room. With Uncle Doc. Aunt Mary’s laughter was contagious and the wonderful picnics we had there she will be missed love to the family and prayers Brenda Strickland

Mary was truly a wonderful person. She was always helpful during our years working together at Glade. I know she will be missed. Our sympathies to all of the family. J. D. and Dana Holbrook
