Frances Louise Spinks

Frances Louise Spinks, 68 of Craigsville, passed away on January 10, 2025, at her residence.

She was born in Richwood, WV on October 6, 1956, the daughter of the late Charles Calvin Williams and Dessie Mae Hammons.

Frances was a homemaker and loved to swim, fish, camp, watch movies, sing, and play the guitar.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Youvone Lawson.

Surviving are her three sons, Roy Spinks, Jr, Richard Spinks and Michael Barnhouse all of Craigsville, WV; brothers Charles “Richard” Williams of Craigsville, Ricky (Mary) Hammons of Craigsville, Robert “Junior” (Crystal) Hammons of Milton, Ralph Hammons of Richwood, WV ; sisters, Betty (Mithcell) White of Cowen, and Barbara (Johnnie) Lewis of Cowen; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Frances’ wishes for cremation have been honored.
