Elizabeth Fay Cutlip

Elizabeth Fay Cutlip, 64, of Webster Springs passed away peacefully at home on Monday, September 16, 2024, after a long illness. She was born on August 10, 1960, in Ashtabula, Ohio. The daughter of the late Denver Leo Haught and Patty Ann Riggleman.

Elizabeth enjoyed being a homemaker, tending to her flowers, doing crossword puzzles, watching game shows, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, James (JD) Cutlip; daughters, Samatha and Kayla Cutlip; grandchildren, Miguel Cutlip and Skylar LeBlanc; sisters, Rebecca Herd, Debra Haught and Rose Lewis; brother, Denver Haught; and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Elizabeth’s wishes for cremation have been honored and a celebration of life will be at a later date.
