Donna Elaine Boggs

Donna Elaine Boggs, 65, of Cowen, formerly of Webster Springs, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2017 at her residence.

She was born January 27, 1951 in Richwood, a daughter of the late Don and Mae Wright Blake.

Donna was a homemaker and enjoyed her flowers, gardening, reading and her cats.

Surviving are her children, Tammy (James) Longest of Knoxville, Tennessee; Shawna Short of Cowen, Fallon (Steve) Cowger of Diana; brothers, Paul Blake and Joey Blake; sisters Carol Perrine and Shelly Jones; 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

In addition to her parent’s, daughter Cydi Worley, brother, Herb Blake and sister Ruth Barrier preceded her in death.

Service was held at 8:00pm Friday, January 27, 2017 at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen, with Pastor Jim Varney officiating.

In keeping with Donna’s wishes, she chose to be cremated.

Services were entrusted to the care of Morris Funeral Home.
