Debra Roseta Parker

Debra Roseta Parker, 65, of Cowen passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018 at WVU, Ruby Memorial Hospital.

She was born August 31, 1952 in Tacoma, Washington a daughter of the late Robert Lee and Josephine Mildred Drake Rose. Debra was a graduate of Admiral King High School and was a homemaker who enjoyed reading, feeding and watching the deer in her yard and spending time with her family and enjoying her grandson.

She is survived by her children, Tracey (Wendy) Parker of North Ridgeville, Ohio and Eric Parker of Florida, sister, Vickie (Bo) Brown of Lorain, Ohio, grandson, Skyler James Parker of North Ridgeville, Ohio.

In addition to her parents and husband, brothers John and George Rose preceded her in death.

In keeping with Debra’s wishes, she chose to be cremated with no service and laid to rest by her late husband Norvel James Parker in the Harrison – Cochran Cemetery.
