David D. Newhouse

David D. Newhouse, 79, of Craigsville went home to be with the Lord on Dec. 24, 2022, at United Health Center, after a short illness.

He was born March 12, 1943, in London, WV the son of the late Dale Newhouse and Marcella Baughman (Newhouse).

Dave was preceded in death by a son, Timmothy Newhouse and two brothers, Barry Lynn Newhouse, and Jack E. Newhouse.

He is survived by a daughter Eva Skeens (Joe) of Upper Glade; two sisters, Rita Roberts of Florida and Kathy Fitzwater of Belington, WV; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He drove truck for many years.  Dave loved hunting and fishing.  He had many lengthy stories to tell about his hunting adventures.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday May 6th at 11am at Odd Fellows Cemetery Cowen.
