Charlotte Ann Rose

Charlotte Ann Rose, 78, of Cowen, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at CAMC Memorial Division Hospice Care after a short illness. She was born September 16, 1945 in Six Points, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Charles B and Agnes Smith Bottz.

Charlotte was a homemaker and a Christian by Faith. She enjoyed playing bingo, fishing, working puzzles, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving is her loving husband, Rosco Rose, children, Lauri (David) Spence and Heather Smith (James Petrey) all of Cowen, grandchildren, Holly Rose, Christopher Rose, Andrew Rose, Phillip Rose, Aaron Rose, Thomas Spence, Amber Spence, Alexa Hinkle, Megan Smith, Valerie Smith, 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

In addition to her parents, sons, Charles E. (Chuck) Rose, William (Bill) Rose Jr., brother, Robert Bottz and sister, Mary Wingard preceded her in death.

Graveside Service will be held at 1:00pm Friday, March 22, 2024 at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Cowen with Pastor Doug Martin officiating. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.morrisfuneralhomecowenwv.com
