Charlotte Ruby Miller, 75, of Cowen, passed away Friday, May 6, 2022 at her residence, with her family by her side. She was born February 8, 1947 in Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Phillip and Clarice Foor.

Charlotte was a homemaker and a Christian by Faith. She was a devoted foster parent and she loved raising children. Charlotte enjoyed fishing, camping, swimming, cooking, canning, gardening, working puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are her children, David (Chrissy) Foor, Ellen Malcomb, Earl (Sandy) Miller, Edward (Amy) Miller, siblings, Patty Forrester, Mary Jean Davis, Rodrick “Buck” Foor, Donnie Foor and Phillip Foor Jr., daughter in laws, Shirley Foor and Kathy Hoover, son in law, Homer (Stacey) Malcomb, grandchildren, Teresa (Chris), Nannette, Robert, Bubby, Christopher, Daniel, Emanual (Teresa), Kerri (Aaron), Lovene, James, Mathew, Michelle (Ryan) and Alicia (Matt), great-grandchildren, Bryson, Sophie, Sadie, Tuesday, Boston, Emily, Casey, Charlotte, Riley, Annah, Connor, Colton, Kristian, Zoey, Brentley, Alyson, Kamryn, Preston, Easton, Pailyn, Kaison and several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In addition to her parents, loving husband, Daniel “Dan” Miller, children, Ethel Miller, Emily Miller Culp, Baby Boy Miller, siblings, Marjorie Roland and Dennie Foor preceded her in death.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00pm. Sunday, May 22, 2022 at the Miller Family Cemetery, Glade View with Pastor Polly Greene officiating.
