Billie Jo Perrine, 48, of Webster Springs, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, after an extended illness. She was born April 15, 1974 in Webster Springs a daughter of the late Max Farley Sr. and Erma Dilley.

Billie was a Webster County High School graduate, after finishing at WCHS she then began to take some college classes. She was a great cook working at Vickie’s Restaurant in Webster Springs for 3 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Joni Lee Perrine of Sutton, step-mother, Iona Farley of Cherry Falls, brother, Bill Farley of Craigsville, brother, Jessie Farley of Point Mountain, grandchildren Jaylin Hoard, Jayda O’baker, newborn Jackson, O’baker.

In addition to her parents, brother, Max Farley Jr. preceded her in death.

A graveside service will be held at 2pm Sunday January 15, 2023 at Little Kanawha Memorial Gardens Heaters, West Virginia. With Pastor Eddie Green Officiating,
