Beulah Irene Lewis Bragg

Beulah Irene Lewis Bragg, 88, of Cowen WV, a Christian by faith, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday January 27, 2026 at CAMC, Charleston. WV

She was born November 19, 1937, at home in Persinger, WV. The daughter of the late Charlie Robert and Anna Margaret Hinkle Lewis. She was preceded in death by brothers. Junior, Jimmy, Jerald, and Johnnie; sisters, Barbara, Betty, and Brenda; husband Donald; son Davey; and grandson Corey.

She is survived by children, Darrell (Diana) Bragg of Camden on Gauley, Dickie (Leamoint) Bragg of Camden on Gauley, Rhonda (Steve) Sims of Cowen, Jeff Bragg of Abbeville, S.C. and James Bragg of Cowen; 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 8 great, great grandchildren; siblings, Jackie Lewis of Craigsville, Joe Lewis of Elyria, OH, Jerry Lewis of Flatwoods, Bonnie Meadows of Little Birch, and Bertha Meadows of Camden on Gauley.

She was a homemaker and senior companion for Senior Citizens and faithfully attended Upper Glade Community Church.

Funeral services will be held at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen, WV on Monday, February 2, 2026. Pastor Craig Williams will bring the message. Burial will be at Greene Cemetery in Lost Run, WV. Services will be at 1:00 pm. Friends are welcome from 11:30 am until the time of the service.
