William R. Rose Jr., 51, of Cowen passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Webster County Memorial Hospital.
He was born August 8, 1965 in Oil City, Pennsylvania a son of William R. Rose Sr. and Charlotte Rose.
Bill was a carpenter and mechanic. He was a 1984 graduate of Webster County High School, and enjoyed wood working, tending his bees and helping everyone in the family with projects. He was a Christian by Faith.
In addition to his parent’s bill is survived by his children, Phillip Rose of Lavell, Maryland, Aaron Rose of Cowen, sisters, Lauri (David) Spence of Cowen, Heather Smith of Cowen; fiancé, Charlene Johnson of Cowen. Brother, Chuck Rose preceded him in death.
