Service will be held Sunday, September 10,2017 at 1:30 at Trinity United Methodist Church, Cowen. Friends may call from 11:30am until time of the service at the church. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Trinity United Methodist Church, 6929 Webster Road, Cowen, WV 26206. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.morrisfuneralhomecowenwv.com

Saying goodbye to someone we love is heartbreaking. May you find comfort in knowing that our heavenly Father knows the heartbreak of loss and is here for us as he promised at Isaiah 43:2 "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, And through the rivers, they will not flood over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, Nor will the flame singe you." Although death is the most heartbreaking experience we will ever face we are not left without hope. God promises to bring our loved ones back to life through a resurrection as he promised at, Isaiah 25:8 " He will swallow up death forever, And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces." How we long for that truly special day to embrace them again!

Diane lightened up the days of many people . Especially mine. Wonderful co -worker and most loving dedicated friend. She was a great support to me during some of my terrible times. A true blessing in anyones life and we love her dearly. My heart breaks for you girls especially. She has however, left behind so much that you can remember and cherish daily, with a smile. All my love .

Diane was one of my favorite babysitters growing up.....always had her toenails painted red. Every year for the Relay for Life, I painted my toes red in honor of Diane.....have them red now! Loved this lady and her family dearly! Our town is a better place because she was such a BIG part of it! What a wonderful guardian angel for all of those who love her!
