Vadis Marie “Janie” Radcliff, 74, of Cowen, passed away Friday, December16, 2022, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 18, 1948 in Richwood, a daughter of the late Virgil and Velvie Shoulders Utt.

Janie was a homemaker and a Christian by Faith. She was a devoted member of the Sisters in Christ and enjoyed reading her Bible and watching church on her I-pad. She loved cookouts with family and friends. Serving her Lord and taking care of her family was her passion.

Surviving is her husband of 62 years, Lawrence Radcliff, children, AnnLee Smith, Terry Radcliff, Lesia Kincaid, Jill (Clinton) Lawson and Stephanie (Joey) Bollinger all of Cowen, brother, Bobby Stalnaker of Richwood, sister, Mary Alice Williams of Richwood, grandchildren, TJ (Alicia) Radcliff, Josh Lawson, Ricky(Kayla) Kincaid, Harlie (Wes) Miller, Hayden Bollinger, Walker (Kelsey) Lawson, great-grandchildren, Ryker Radcliff, Addie Radcliff, Chanler Radcliff, Aleks Lawson, Winry Miller, Felicity Miller, Chloe Kincaid, Claire Kincaid and Hunter Lawson and many church family and friends will miss her dearly.

In addition to her parents, grandson, Champ Radcliff, brother, Buddy Stalnaker, sisters, Sue Alderman, Cathryn Seabolt, son in laws, Rick Kincaid and Paul Smith preceded her in death.

Service will be 1:00pm Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen with Pastor Doug Martin officiating, Burial will follow at the Radcliff Family Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11:00am until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
