Sherry Lynn “Nan” White, 69, of Morgantown, formerly of Webster County, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022 at her daughter’s home in Morgantown, after an extended illness. She was born October 4, 1952, in Craigsville, a daughter of the late Orville Justice and Ollie June Workman Case.

Sherry was a 1970 graduate of Richwood High School. She was a former clerk for Adkins Oil Company. Sherry was a loving Christian, she enjoyed traveling, cooking, playing word games on the computer, sitting outside drinking coffee and watching birds, watching the bachelor and bachelorette and spending time with her grandchildren which she loved dearly.

Surviving are her children, Teresa Martin of Morgantown, Kenneth Martin of Buckhannon and David “Bo” (Amanda Ann) Martin of Camden on Gauley, siblings, Peggy (Lonnie) Webb of Craigsville, John Case New York and Roger Case of Craigsville, grandchildren, Chylyn Martin, Kayla Jarvis, Dakota Martin, September Martin, Dallas Martin, David Martin II (Erin), Levi Martin and Chanoah Martin and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

In addition to her parents, her loving husband Tom White, siblings, Richard Case, Cathy Taylor, George Workman, Mary “Dot” Phillips, Billy Case and Lela Hamner preceded her in death.
