Services will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen with Pastor Ty Farlow officiating. Burial will follow at West Virginia Memorial Gardens, Calvin. Friends may call from 12:00 until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.

Sheila Jean Perrine, 73, of St. Albans, formerly of Cowen, WV, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020 after an extended battle with ALS. She was born December 11, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland, a daughter of the late George and Thelma Perkins Bragg.

She was a graduate of Cowen High School and a homemaker. Sheila enjoyed camping, fishing and shopping. She loved being a wife, mother but her favorite thing was being a grandma. She loved her family fiercely. After spending time with Sheila, you left happy, hopeful and warm from the love she gave.

Surviving is her loving husband, Alfred W. Perrine, son, Charles William Perrine, siblings, Patricia Selman, David Bragg, Ann Hawkins, Anita Armentrout, Jim Bragg, Debbie Stanley, Rick Bragg and John Paul Bragg and 2 lovely grandchildren, Sarah Perrine and Ashley Weekly.

In addition to her parents, brother, Donnie Bragg preceded her in death.
