Sharon Louise “Sherry” Ledsome, 47, of Canvas passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 26, 2019 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown with her family by her side. She was born February 1, 1972 in Rochester, New York a daughter of Sharron Lynn Greene Boggs and the late Larry Eugene Boggs.

Sherry was a former CNA at AM FM Nursing Homes having worked over 25 years. She enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, 4-wheeling, swimming, singing, coloring, reading and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving is her loving husband Harold Ray Ledsome Jr., sons, Nathan Ledsome of Diana, Chris (Whitney) Ledsome of Cowen, Matthew Ledsome and  fiancé Shaelyn Griffith of Canvas, brother, Wally Boggs of Mullens, sister, Jennifer (Carless) Seabolt of Canvas, grandchildren, Lorelai, Arabella, Zaylha, Jensen and Jude and many other nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to her father, mother and father in law, Mary and Harold Ray “Rocky” Ledsome preceded her in death.

Service will be 1:00pm. Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen with Pastor Jim Varney officiating. Friends may call from 11:00am until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers the family ask donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
