Mary Louise Miller, 76, of Cowen, passed away Monday, March 18, 2019 at Webster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Cowen, after an extended illness. She was born June 21, 1942 in Cleveland, WV, a daughter of the late William and Icey Mae Pearl Huber Wilt.

Mary was a 1960 graduate of Webster Springs High School and retired as the librarian from the Cowen Public Library with over 30 years of service. She was a former member of the Cowen Town Council and the American Legion Post #62 Ladies Auxiliary. Mary was an avid bingo player, traveling to various locations throughout the week to play bingo and socialize with her many friends. She enjoyed singing, reading and spending time with her grandchildren and friends.

Surviving are her children James D. (Elizabeth) Cutlip of Bergoo and Rollie Miller of Cowen, grandchildren, Samantha Cutlip, Kayla Cutlip, Alyssa (Jay) Butcher and Hannah Miller, great-grandchildren Miguel Cutlip, Madison Butcher, Greyson Butcher and Jaxton Butcher and many other cousins, family and friends.

In addition to her parents, husband Roy Miller, siblings Dorsey Wilt, Harold Wilt, Don Wilt, Dorothy Cool and Elizabeth Mae Bragg, daughter in law Tamara Miller preceded her in death.
