Burial Date November 4, 2020

Services will be held Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 1:00pm at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen with Chaplain Jim Dyer officiating. Burial with full Military Honors conducted by American Legion Post #62, Cowen, will follow at the Carl Cemetery, Carl, WV.  Friends may join the family at 11:00am until time of the service at the funeral home.

I worked with Mandel a lot of years and considered him a friend. I know the kids at Glade Elementary. Loved him. For thosevwho loved him I'm sending up prayers for you all. I hope you find some peace during this sad sad time. God speed Mandel. Rest in peace!

I am sorry for your loss mansel your the best cousin I could ever ask for in my life it’s hard to believe your gone you forever miss You I will never forget you aren’t just a police officer a hero and a bus driver to me you are a friend when I need one a angle I will never forget.

He was a wonderful person. I knew him my entire life. He always looked out for me when I worked late hours. He will be missed by many.
