Lawrence G. Chambers, 61, of Camden on Gauley, passed away Monday, December 13, 2021 at his residence, after an extended illness. He was born October 18, 1960 in Webster County, a son of the late James Leroy Chambers Sr. and Glodia Mae Ware Chambers.

Lawrence was a former employee of a Chicken Processing Plant. He enjoyed camping, fishing and socializing with family and friends.

Surviving are his children, Savanna (Jordan) Mancari and Meggen Drennen both of Summersville, siblings, Janice Tyler of Cowen, Mary Grace Knapp of Charleston, Peggy Chambers of Cowen, Erma Chambers of Camden on Gauley, Billy Gene (Gail) Chambers of Tennessee, Alvin Chambers of Cowen and Rebecca (Dewayne) Peyatt of Upper Glade, grandchildren, Tristin Carpenter, Adam Adkison and Sydnie Adkison and many nieces, nephews and extended family to mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, brothers, James Leroy Chambers Jr. and Ray Chambers preceded him in death.

Graveside Service will be held at 11:00am Thursday, December 16, 2021 at the Woods Cemetery, Bolair, with Pastor Dewayne Peyatt and Pastor Doug Martin officiating.
