Jill’s wishes for cremation have been honored and a memorial service will be held at 12:00 Friday, February 25, 2022 at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen, with a eulogy by her father Pastor Roger Dunlap. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10:00 until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.

Jillian Natasha Parker, 42, of Williams River, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Webster County Memorial Hospital. She was born November 26, 1979 in Summersville, a daughter of Roger Dunlap and the late Cindy Bostic Dunlap.
Jill was a 1997 graduate of Roane County High School and worked as a clerk in the service industry. She enjoyed spending time and cooking for her family and friends.
Surviving are her children, Ryan Smith of Newton, Madison Parker of Walton and Liam Sloan of Amma, brother, Jordon (Breyonna) Dunlap of Cowen, nieces, Haley and Zaylee and nephew, Josh and many extended family and friends.
In addition to her mother, sister, Jennifer Nicole Sloan preceded her in death.
