Jamie Shevonne Mullins, 40, of Cowen, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2020. Jamie was born May 5, 1980 a daughter of the late Joy Stinnett. She was then adopted by her mother’s parents Delta Patrick Malcomb and the late Oran Malcomb.

Jamie was a 1997 graduate of Richwood High School. She spent most of her life working as a telecommunications specialist for Global. Jamie had an amazing heart and always made time for her friends and family regardless of how busy she was. Jamie will be sadly missed by many including her mother, sisters, sons, sister in laws, mother in laws and others.

In addition to Delta, she is survived by sons, Buddylee Mullins of Virginia and Patrick Ryan Mullins of Beckley, sisters, Chelsey, Sierra and Jocelyn, Jamie’s life long friend, more like a sister Delma “DJ” Frame and many other close family and friends.

The love of Jamie’s life husband, Leland Pete Mullins Jr., adopted father, Oran and biological mother, Barbara preceded her in death.

Jamie’s request for cremation has been honored and she chose to have no service.
