Gloria Marie Coffman Salisbury, 62, of Erbacon, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 9, 2022 at her residence. She was born September 8, 1960 in Springfield, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ray and Gussie Palmer Coffman.

Gloria was a homemaker and a devoted Christian. She was a member of the Trinity Covenant Church and enjoyed reading her Bible and watching worship services on television. She loved cookouts and picnics with her family and friends. Gloria also enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening, traveling, mushrooming and being in the outdoors. Her family was what she was most proud of and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving is her loving husband of 45 years, John Salisbury, daughter, Wendy (Andrew) Riley of Buckhannon, sister, Sharon Brown of Sutton, granddaughter, Bonnie Salisbury, grandson Robbie Green, both of Erbacon and the twinkle of her eye great-grandson, Landon Young, brother in law, Jimmy (Gloria) Salisbury, sister in law, Darlene Wolverton, sister in law, Bonnie (Oscar) Wilson, sister in law, Macil (Wayne) Lilly, brother in law, Tracil Salisbury, sister in law, Kate (Randall) Rose, sister in law, Darlene Salisbury, brother in law Jerry (Kim) Salisbury. sister in law Patty Malcomb and many other extended family and friends are left to miss her dearly.

In addition to her parents, brothers, Harry Coffman, Darrell Coffman, sisters, Barbara Knight, Ruth Gordon, Betty Cornell, mother in law Bonnie Jean Salisbury and brother in laws, Joe Salisbury and Mitchell Wolverton and sister in law, Janet Salisbury preceded her in death.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen, with Pastor Carl Griffith officiating. Burial will follow at the Carpenter Cemetery, Erbacon. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11:00 am until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
