Ethel Clutter, 50, of Cowen, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021 at the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown after a short illness. She was born October 13, 1970 in Ohio, a daughter of Elda Clutter of Florida and the late Leon Clutter.

She was a 1988 graduate of Webster County High School and then attended culinary school. Ethel enjoyed watching WWE Monday Night Wrestling and spending time with her family. She was known for loving her family and her dogs. Ethel will sadly be missed by all who knew her.

Ethel is survived by her companion of 30 years Danny King, son, Curtis King of Cowen, granddaughters, Jenova King and Octavia King, very special cousins, Judy Hayhurst and Traci Short, sisters, Becky Clark of Florida, Deneen Clutter of Virginia, Amy Clutter of Ohio and LeAn Stout and companion, Eugene Cogar of Webster Springs, nieces, Josie (Tanner) Melton of Florida, Chase Clark, Hunter Clark both of Florida, Victoria (Andy) Gravely of Virginia, Brittany (Kenton) Tanner of Webster Springs, Abbie Riffle, Skyler Riffle both of Ohio, Nephews, Leon Clutter, Levi Clutter both of North Carolina and David Stout of Webster Springs, great nieces and nephews, Aubryona Gravely, Tatum Gravely and Avett Tanner and many other close friends.

In addition to her father, brother, Leon Raymond Clutter preceded her in death.
