Burial Date October 6, 2018

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00pm, Saturday, October 6, 2018 at the Emmanuel Assembly of God Church in Upper Glade. Friends and family will gather at the church from 2:00pm until 8:00pm to celebrate Luke’s life. An open invitation for anyone who would like to speak will follow the 4:00pm service. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Hunt of a Lifetime Foundation, PO Box 241, Harborcreek, Pa, 16421.

Luke a great friend and Doctor . Growing up with Luke and John, playing ball around the house, talking about life, and so much more. All through school Luke you was loved and liked by all, now you'll be missed greatly my friend by all! My deepest condolences to his family.
