Dear Cheryl, Dottie, Harold and remainder of family, I was so shocked & saddened upon reading of Charlie's passing. In addition to being a veteran he was one of the best athletes ever in Webster County. More importantly he accomplished much in his life and had a ton of friends and admirers. Sincere condolences to all. Jim & Pat Marsh
