Burial Date October 2, 2020

Service will be held at 11:00am Friday, October 2, 2020 at the Upper Glade Presbyterian Church with Rev. David Shaffer, Linda Dyer and Larry Armentrout officiating. Burial will follow at West Virginia Memorial Gardens, Calvin. Friends may call from 10:00am until the time of service Friday at the church.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Upper Glade Presbyterian Church P.O. Box 74 Upper Glade, WV 26266.
Due to Covid-19 pandemic it is recommended to follow CDC and state guidelines for social distancing and facial coverings.

So sad to hear, I worked several years with Charlie in the mines, and the Coal Tipple at Island Creek,he was a fine man and taught me a lot when I was a young man, my heart felt feelings to the family, I knew them all.

My sweet wonderful Daddy, I love you BIG bunches. My heart is breaking & I am missing you so much. But I know your pain is all gone now. God sure has a wonderful man in heaven now. Thank you for being a wonderful husband, Daddy, Daddy in law, Pappy, Great Pappy, son,brother & friend. We have so many memories, wonderful memories to treasure until we see you again. Lynn & Mom will take good care of you. We will take good care of Mommie. I bet you, Mom, Pop & Bill will be enjoying a good game of setback. And you will bid 7. We love you sweet Daddy big bunches.
