I go to bed, and wake up every morning, thinking of you. I still can't understand how someone can be taken from you, without warning, and way too soon. I miss and love you dearly mom. My Father, Newman Whitman, was in the Summersville Memorial Hospital several times when Carolyn was working there and I became acquainted with her. This was around 2000 or so as he passed away in 2005 at the age of 105. She came to my father's house on McMillion Drive once for a short visit after he had come home from the hospital. She was a very good nurse and I am glad that I had the opportunity to have known her. So sorry for your loss. Barbara W. Gates
